Depression is a disease that can be very difficult to cope with and that is one of the reasons Edward Honaker created this self-portrait. His pictures spin the way people see depression and try to help expose a better understanding of the disease. Honaker was just 21 when he was diagnosed with depression, and he knew that he had to find a way to do some good with what he was going through.
